Shipping​​

• The Colours of Nature reserves the right to restrict access to the site or any areas of it, at any time and at our absolute discretion, should we feel the need to do so. 
• We normally dispatch any order that we receive within 72 hours of receiving it.
• We use the Indian Speed Post (Track & Trace).
• Depending on your geographic location it should take 2 to 5 working days for the parcel to reach you, after the first 72 hours have passed.
• Shipping times mentioned are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

Order cancellations

In accordance with the Indian Consumer protection (e-commerce) rules (2020), we allow any order to be cancelled up until the moment of dispatch.​

Conditions for returns​

• Products were purchased within the last 30 (thirty) days
• Products are in the original packaging
• Only regular priced products may be returned

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Products that can’t be returned​

• Products purchased before the last 30 (thirty) days
• Products that are not in the original packaging
• Products on sale cannot be returned
  

​Returning products – your responsibilities

You are responsible for returning the products to The Colours of Nature, in their original packaging, and for covering any charges for doing so.

You are also responsible for any risk attached to returning the products to us, The Colours of Nature.

​Refunds

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We will only issue a refund with actual receipt of the products by return delivery.

The amount due to you will be refunded within 5-7 working days of receiving the products back.
